Account and strategic lead at SCRIB3 · Sep 2025 – May 2026
I ran social and content strategy for the digital assets arm of Franklin Templeton, a $1.7T asset manager, where every post clears institutional compliance.

The work: weekly strategy cadence with the client team, launch strategy for the Kraken and Ondo partnerships and the 250 Digital acquisition, and amplification of 14+ earned media placements with compliance-ready documentation.
The bet that paid off was voice. I earned the client's trust to post like a crypto-native account instead of a press office, and on Ondo launch day it landed. A six-word tweet ("Imagine not tokenizing in 2026.") pulled 499K impressions and stayed pinned, and it turned into a Crypto Twitter moment: Solana and other majors piled on, and Franklin Templeton's tokenization push hit X's news feed at ~4K posts.

Concept to ship at SCRIB3 · 2026
A share-driven privacy quiz for Midnight Network, a SCRIB3 client: six questions, six privacy "archetypes," and a holographic result card built to be shared on X. I shipped it end to end with Claude Code — concept, scoring logic, the card-export pipeline, hosting — and it went live on Midnight's own domain at quiz.midnight.network.
The interesting problem was the export. Screenshotting the DOM dropped the character art on mobile Safari, so the result card renders pixel-by-pixel on a native canvas instead. Share paths split by device — the native share sheet on mobile, clipboard-and-download on desktop — and a Netlify edge function serves per-archetype link previews to social bots while bouncing real visitors straight into the quiz.
No login, no wallet, nothing stored. Fitting for a privacy product.

Founder · Forward Research (Arweave) · Jun 2023 – Jun 2025
I founded the marketing arm of the Arweave developer ecosystem and ran it for two years: a team of five I hired and managed, a $600K+ annual budget I owned, and a community that went from zero to 5,000+ members in under twelve months.
The mandate was developer growth. We ran ten international hackathons (eight online, two in person in Germany and Colombia), set go-to-market for ecosystem partners, and built Weavers Weekly into the most-listened-to Twitter Space in the ecosystem.
Favorite swing: the strategy behind a $10K pure-gold floppy disk, raffled to node runners. The stunt pulled thousands of new followers and the Discord kept them.

Growth Marketing Lead · May 2021 – Mar 2023
I ran growth marketing for ETHGlobal, the team behind Ethereum's flagship hackathons, where the entire mandate was developers. I took over community strategy and programming and grew the developer Discord from 30,000 to 75,000 over two years. The play was to make the server a year-round home for builders, with programming that kept them engaged between hackathons.
When I arrived, the email program was ad-hoc one-off sends. I rebuilt it on segmented Mailchimp automations, which grew the audience 40% and let me target the right builders by interest.
On the events side, I led launch communications for more than thirty developer events across seven countries, including ETHSanFrancisco 2022, the company's largest ever at 1,700-plus attendees. Coordinating that cadence across that many time zones was the operational backbone of the role.

DeFi trading aggregator. GTM, brand, launch content, and the trading dashboard UI.

First crypto role, 2017. Social and community for an NFT game, built on UGC.

Brand and campaign collateral for NASA and National Geographic. Helped win both accounts.

An AI search visibility audit tool. It measures how LLMs position a brand across providers, scoring mention rate, position, and framing. Deterministic scoring first, LLMs only at synthesis, with evals published against hand-labeled ground truth.
Client-commissioned crypto intelligence system, built at SCRIB3. Ingested 60+ news and Twitter sources, scored every item against a configurable six-dimension relevance rubric, and grouped coverage into emerging trends. Deterministic scoring with full audit trails. The only LLM call in the pipeline was cluster verification, bounded to a fixed schema.
